Kyra "I always thought I was fairly fit and active. How wrong I was! I joined Ron at Fitness 4 U nearly 2 years ago, and have undergone a complete body “overhaul”. I am fitter at nearly 40 than I have ever been in my life, and my kids are really proud of having a fit & strong mum who can still beat them at arm wrestles and sprints!

I love the variety of the training that Ron gets us to do – it’s much more exciting than any gym I’ve ever attended. Getting up at 5.00am in the middle of winter is no problem, as I just do my training as a matter of habit, and I reap the many benefits of being fit. I’m slimmer than I’ve been for years, I’m a much nicer Mum and wife due to all of the feel good endorphins, and I’m finally comfortable in my own skin. Thanks Ron – you’re a champ!”
