Our park Group Training sessions, with Brisbane’s leading Personal Trainers are an affordable, fun, and very effective way to lose weight, get fit and tone up. Our clients, many of whom have been coming for years say that exercising with others in the fresh air is far more motivating and beneficial than working out solo in a gym.
Sessions go for 60 minutes and include a variety of toning, strength and cardio exercises. Because participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness. All equipment is provided, but participants are asked to bring an exercise mat or towel and water. Bookings are not required, but participants are requested to complete an online enrolment form prior to coming for the first time. The cost of Group Training is $100.00 for 10 sessions or $15.00 per session.
